Our Commitment
We respect your right to privacy and will protect it when you visit our website. This Privacy Policy and Web Policy explains our online information practices only, including how we collect and use your personal information. It does not apply to third party websites that you are able to reach from www.rlifemagazine.com.  Your use of our website also includes agreement to the terms and conditions of our User Agreement stated below.

What We Automatically Collect Online
We collect information about your visit that does not identify you personally. We can tell what computer, browser, and web service you are using. We also know the date, time, and pages you visit. Collecting this information helps us design the site to suit your needs. In the event of a known security or virus threat, we may collect information on the web content you view.  

Other Information We May Collect
The Website generally collects personally identifying information with your specific knowledge and consent. For instance, when you enter a contest, sweepstakes, complete a survey, subscribe to our publication, make a purchase, or register for any of our services, you are asked to provide personal information.  This type of information includes contact information:  name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit card or charge card number.

Why We Collect Information
Our principal purpose for collecting personal information online is to allow you to sign up for subscriptions, participate in online quizzes and competitions, address security and virus concerns, and to ease the use of our website. For example, if you subscribe to our publication, we may use your e-mail address to send confirmation and your postal address to send the publication. If you enter an online contest, sweepstakes or survey, we may use your e-mail address to notify you of the results, or we will collect personal information to allow you access to restricted areas of the Website. You can decline to provide us with any personal information. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with services.

We will only use your information for the purposes you intended, to address security or virus threats, or for the purposes required under the law.  See “Choices on How We Use the Information You Provide” for more information.

Sharing Your Information
We restrict access to your personal identifiable information to those employees of RLIFE Magazine (RLIFE) who will respond to your request. We do not intentionally disclose any personal information to any third parties or outside RLIFE except as required by law or by the consent of the person providing the information. In a government-wide effort to combat security and virus threats, we may be required to share some information we collect automatically, such as IP addresses, with federal government agencies.  Also, the law may require us to share collected information with authorized law enforcement, homeland security, and national security activities. See your rights under the Privacy Act of 1974, below.

Email Addresses
Email addresses obtained through our website will not be sold or given to private companies for any purpose. The information collected is subject to the access and confidentiality provisions of the Public Records Act, other applicable sections of the Nevada code as well as Federal laws. Email or other information requests sent to our website may be maintained in order to respond to the request, forward that request to the appropriate representative within RLIFE or to provide the RLIFE web designer with valuable customer feedback to assist in improving the website. Individuals can cancel any communications regarding newsletters, etc. at any time.  You can cancel:  (i) by selecting the “opt-out” option provided in our email correspondence to you; or, (ii) you can email cancel@rlifemagazine.com.

Choices on How We Use the Information You Provide
Throughout our website, we will let you know whether the information we ask you to provide is voluntary or required. By providing personally identifiable information, you grant us consent to use this information, but only for the primary reason you are giving it. We will ask you to grant us consent before using your voluntarily provided information for any secondary purposes, other than those required under the law.

Information Practices for Children
We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information or use any public areas on the website. Minors under the age of 13 must get the permission of their legal guardian before requesting subscriptions or making purchases. If in the future we choose to collect personal information from children, we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Cookies or Other Tracking Devices
A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your computer that makes it easy for you to move around a website without continually re-entering your name or password and preferences.  We may use cookies to track website usage patterns, provide editorial material and to control advertising displays. User Agreement
The User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Rlifemagazine.com online service (“Service”), including and without limitation participation in its forums, blogs, personal ads, chat rooms, bulletin boards and all other areas that may arise as the publication progresses. Your use of and/or registration on any aspect of the Service will assume your agreement to comply with these rules. If you cannot agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify the rules periodically as needed and failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of Service access.

Registration
RLIFE may require that you register and/or set up an account to use the Service or certain portions. You may be required to choose a user ID, a password, or other registration information. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately change the affected registration information and notify RLFIE of the problem by e-mailing subscriptions@rlifemagazine.com.
Fees and Payments
RLIFE may charge you fees for products or services offered for sale through the Service, and/or for access to portions of the Service. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your account at the rates applicable for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges and taxes (herein referred to as “Fees”) for any products or services offered for sale through RLIFE or by any third party vendor or provider. RLIFE reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any Fees, and to institute new Fees, effective upon prior notice to you.

If you submit your debit, credit, or charge card information to RLIFE, you give RLIFE permission to charge all Fees incurred through your account to the card utilized. Additional Fees (other than renewal fees) will be charged at the time incurred. If payment cannot be charged to your card or payment is returned to RLIFE for any reason, RLIFE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

Use of the Service by You
Unless otherwise specified, the Service is intended for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not authorize others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all use of the Service by you and by those you allow to use, or provide access.

RLIFE contains material that is protected by international copyright, state, national, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not republish, modify, copy, reproduce, post, upload, transmit or distribute in any way any material, including programming code and software, from RLIFE. You acknowledge that RLIFE has not reviewed and does not endorse the content of all websites linked to from this Service and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other websites linked to from this Service.

RLIFE does not always endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted. Nor does RLIFE or its third party service providers make any warranties with respect to any of the merchandise featured, mentioned, or sold on or through the Service. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements or those who actually sell any merchandise, and do not necessarily represent the views of RLIFE or its third party service providers.

Associated Press text, photo, graphic, audio and/or video material shall not be published, broadcast, rewritten for broadcast or publication or redistributed directly or indirectly in any medium. Neither these Associated Press materials nor any portion thereof may be stored in a computer except for personal and non-commercial use.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RLIFE and any of its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives and third party service providers, and to defend and hold each of them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) which may arise from your submissions, from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the Service, or from your breach of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
User acknowledges that you are using the Service at your own risk. RLIFE, its third party providers and its affiliates are neither responsible nor liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions arising out of your use of the website or with respect to the material contained on the website, including without limitation, any material posted on the website nor for any viruses or other contamination of your system. The RLIFE website and all materials contained on it are distributed and transmitted “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitations, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
